Cancelling or rescheduling
Plans change. If you need to cancel or move an appointment or booking with AFFDigi Performance Marketing Agency, let us know as early as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before, using the contact details below or the chat assistant. We will offer the next available time that suits you.
Late cancellations and no-shows
When a booking is cancelled very late or missed without notice, the time set aside for you cannot be offered to someone else. Any deposit or fee charged for late cancellations or no-shows is stated when you book, so there are no surprises.
Refunds
Payments for services that have not been provided are refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period once the refund is agreed. Services already provided are not refundable unless there is a fault on our side, in which case AFFDigi Performance Marketing Agency will put it right or refund the affected part.
Where a deposit is taken, the conditions for keeping or returning it are explained at the time of booking.
If we cancel
If we must cancel for reasons on our side, such as illness or an emergency, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a new time or a full refund of anything you have paid for that booking.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of USA.
