Cookie Policy

1. On the platform (dashboard and marketing pages)

• Sign-in session (authjs.session-token or __Secure-authjs.session-token): keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary; lasts 30 days.
• CSRF and callback cookies (authjs.csrf-token, authjs.callback-url): protect sign-in forms. Strictly necessary; session.
• cb_workspace: remembers which business you opened last. Strictly necessary; one year.
• theme (local storage): your light/dark choice. Preference; until cleared.

2. On hosted business websites and in the chat widget

• cb_visitor: an anonymous identifier so the AI receptionist remembers a returning visitor. Functional; 30 days from the last chat.
• cb_session_<business>: the chat session for one business. Functional; up to one year.
• Local storage keys cb:<business>:session / conversation / visitor / open / autoopened / lead: keep the conversation, the open/closed state of the chat and whether the lead form was shown, so the chat continues across pages. Functional; until cleared.
• Page-view analytics (/api/track): records the page, referrer and an anonymous session for the business's traffic report; no cookie is set by this.
• Third-party tags: a business may add Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or LinkedIn Insight to its website. These set their own cookies under the business's account and the provider's policy; the business is responsible for any consent banner they require.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the chat widget also has a Clear chat button that forgets the conversation and the visitor memory. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and the chat from working.
