Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. You can stop using it, unpublish your website or delete your business at any time from Settings → Archive.

2. Paid plans (Pro)

• Pro is billed monthly in advance through our payment provider; we do not store card details on our servers.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro features until then and are not charged again. Your account then returns to the Free plan with its limits; your website and data stay.
• Downgrading from Pro to Free may unpublish a custom domain and extra team members that Free does not include.

3. Refunds

• First charge: if Pro does not work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded pro rata, except where the service was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, in which case we credit or refund the affected period.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Fees charged by third parties for your own AI API key are between you and that provider and cannot be refunded by us.

4. Deleting your data

Archiving a business takes it offline and keeps its data so it can be restored. Permanent deletion is done by the platform administrator on request after archiving and removes the website, knowledge base, images, documents, conversations, leads and bookings. Backups rotate out automatically afterwards.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Use the billing settings in your dashboard, or email influbriz@gmail.com from the account's email address with your business name. We confirm within one business day.
