What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar storage (localStorage) keeps settings on your device. They let a site remember you between pages and visits.
Cookies we use
This website uses a deliberately small set, all of which are needed for the site to work as you expect:
- cb_visitor: a random identifier so the chat assistant can remember your conversation for up to 30 days. Contains no personal details.
- cb_session_*: a random token that links the messages in one chat session. Expires after a year of inactivity.
- cb:site-theme (localStorage): your light or dark theme choice for this website.
- cb:* (localStorage): whether the chat window was open and which conversation to resume, so it picks up where you left off.
Third-party cookies
The embedded Google Map and links to WhatsApp and social networks may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Those are governed by the policies of Google, Meta and the other providers. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings, and you can clear the chat memory with the "Clear chat" button in the assistant. Blocking the cookies above may stop the chat assistant from remembering your conversation.
